By this power of attorney, the performer authorizes the Proxy to:
- obtain from ADAMI any information and copies of any documents that it may obtain directly from ADAMI concerning remuneration distributed by ADAMI, whatever their source, including for periods of rights prior to the conclusion of this mandate;
- present any claim, in his name and on his behalf, regarding the remuneration.
