What banking information is needed for an account abroad?

Bank account details (RIB) for bank accounts domiciled in the SEPA * zone (France and other countries):

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lichtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia,  Poland, Spain, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.

How to update my personal information?

To update your personal information and / or postal, tax and / or bank details, log in to your personal account. Click on “Artist Page” from the menu. Then simply click on one of the topics (see below) to access the desired content. If you find information that is out of date, incomplete or incorrect, you can update it by clicking on “edit” (bottom right of each block).

The sections available from “Artist Page” of your “My Account” personal space are:

  • Identity (Name, first names, nationality …)
  • Contact information (postal, tax, telephone …)
  • Bank details

How to update my bank details?

Enter your bank details from your account (personal space). 4 The following information is mandatory and included in your bank account provided by your bank:

  • Account holder *: Name (s) and first name (s)
  • SWIFT code / BIC (Bank Identifier Code): 8 or 11 characters (no less, no more)
  • IBAN (International Bank Account Number): Between 14 and 34 characters depending on the country (do not enter spaces between numbers or dashes and / or special characters)
  • Domiciliation: Example LCL Paris (name of Bank + city)

A French IBAN necessarily consists of 27 characters (alphanumeric) and is composed as follows:

Why update my bank details?

The payment of rights / remunerations is paid by bank transfer only. The update of your bank details must be made at least 20 days before each end of the month of distribution (see calendar here). If the update occurs after this minimum period, any rights / remunerations will be paid during the next distribution.

Example: for a distribution of rights in March, the update of bank details must be registered from your account before March 10th.

How to inform Adami of the death of a performer?

This allows Adami to continue to pay the rights of the deceased performer to his heirs when a recording in which he participated is used throughout the term of protection.

Download and consult the Succession Booklet available to you.

Contact the Successions Service to send them the following documents to open a succession:

  • Death certificate of the deceased
  • Social security number of the deceased
