How to recover my activation code?

You are a performer (1) and have created your account but have not received a payment slip since March 2015 with your activation code?

Adressez un message à partir de votre espace personnel « mon compte » rubrique messages en nous communiquant vos coordonnées téléphoniques et la copie/photos de votre pièce d’identité (carte nationale d’identité recto-verso ou passeport recto).

Send a message from your personal space in “my account” section, by sending us your telephone number and the copy / photos of your identity document (double-sided national identity card or one-sided passport).

One of our Performers department agent will contact you within 48 hours maximum to confirm your identity (Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 17:30).

(1) Third parties with or without a mandate may not attempt to reconcile and / or connect to an artist’s personal space. In order to preserve personal information, artists who have entrusted a mandate to a third party will not see a reconciliation code on payment slips issued since March 2015.
