Sometimes memory fails us and we forgot that we have already proceeded to the confirmation of identity using another email address. Of course, for reasons of security and confidentiality, it is not possible to confirm the identity of an account already close. The simple way to check it is to do the following:
- Go to the login problems page,
- Check “I forgot my password”,
- Enter one of your other email addresses,
If the message is “unknown email”, check with another address. However, if the following message appears on the screen, “password reset, a password reset email was sent to you,” simply go to your inbox and reset your password (remember to check out spam if you do not see our message). Once done, you can log in using the “right” email address and password you just entered.
